When is the resort reopening?
Exciting news: The doors to our island paradise reopen on June 1st!
Are the pools open?
All four of our glimmering pools will be open from sunrise to sunset.
Can I order in-room dining?
Yes, in-room dining is available. We've removed our paper menus from your villa and have updated all of our menus which you can view and order from on your guest room TV.
When your order is ready to be served, we’ll call your villa to let you know one of our team members is on the way to contactless deliver your meal. Your order will arrive and will include single use eco friendly plastic ware which can be disposed of after your meal.
Is the Grove Kitchen & Bar Open?
The Grove is open from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy a fresh fruit salad, mimosas, ceviche, burgers, chips n’ dip, sandwiches, and everything in between. And of course, pair any dish with your favorite tropical island drink.
Is the fitness center open?
As per the current city mandate, our fitness center is currently closed. In the meantime, enjoy on-site watersports, walk on the beach and swim in our exercise pool.
Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?
Following Monroe county mandates and for the safety of our guests and team members, you are required to wear a mask in all public spaces of the resort as well as in all public establishments and at any time when social distancing is not possible. Is valet parking available?
Yes, as of June 10, Parrot Key will offer Valet Parking. For only $15 plus taxes per car ($16.13) per night, we provide a 24-hour unlimited in and out valet service. To ensure a fast and efficient service, you can call the front desk 30 minutes in advance of needing your car.
*Please note, Parrot Key does not offer a self-parking option. Valet parking is required for guests arriving with a vehicle.
Is complimentary shuttle service available?
Yes, our partner Oceans Edge will be operating a normal schedule and have implemented the following standards keeping your health and safety in mind:
- Guests that are not traveling together are to keep at least one empty row in between them and other riders.
- Guests must wait for the driver to open and close the doors from the outside and not open the doors on their own.
- The shuttle will be sanitized after each trip is completed.
How do I check-in to the resort?
We ask that the registered guest of your party only come to check-in so that we can keep socially distant while indoors.
What else should I know prior to arrival?
We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Please contact guest services and we’ll happily deliver them to your villa.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you have an upcoming reservation with us and need to cancel for any reason, please know all cancellation fees will be waived, deposits and advance purchase payments will be refunded for stays through August 31 with 24 hours notice.
