We love welcoming four-legged family members to Parrot Key Hotel & Villas. To keep the experience comfortable for everyone, here’s everything you need to know about staying with your pet.

What to Expect:

• Bring along one dog or cat (up to 40 lbs) per room.
• A $85 nightly pet fee applies, plus a refundable $100 deposit returned at checkout if the room is left in good condition.
• For their safety and comfort, pets should never be left alone in the room.
• Please keep your “Pet in Room” door hanger displayed throughout your stay.

While You Explore the Resort:

• Pets must remain leashed in all public areas.
• For housekeeping service, pets should accompany you outside the room or relax in a secure crate while you remain present.
• To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, please help us keep noise to a minimum.
• The hotel may decline or remove pets that behave aggressively or create disturbances.

Where Pets Can (and Can’t) Join You:

• Pets are welcome around the resort’s outdoor pathways, but not in the pool areas, fitness center, or restaurant.
• As you walk through the property, please avoid passing directly in front of other guest porches and remember that Parrot Key sits within a beautifully preserved natural habitat.

Keeping Our Paradise Clean:

• Please pick up after your pet at all times.
• Let us know of any pre-existing room damage within 30 minutes of arrival.
• Any damage caused during the stay may result in additional charges.
